**Some SCFI Workshops are free to current 2020 members, others may have fees associated. Non-member pay fee set for that course***

2020 Workshops On Coast:

Make Cheese with Paula

Learn how to make Mozzarella, Bocconcini and Burrata or Feta or Both with passionate and knowledgeable Paula from Gabriola! You will leave each course with a kit to make 2-4lbs of cheese at home with store bought milk!

Date: Sunday, September 27, 2020 Location: Roberts Creek Masonic Lodge

Mozzarella Course Time: 10:00am-12:00Noon

Feta Course Time: 1:00pm to 3:00pm

Cost: One course is $65 or both for $120 per membership/person
